FXTradeJournal is a small, focused team building software for serious market participants. We work asynchronously across time zones, ship iteratively, and measure success by whether traders actually change behavior after using the product.
You will work close to customers—support logs, review calls, and usage patterns inform what we build next. We value clear writing, sound judgment under ambiguity, and craftsmanship in interfaces traders stare at for hours each day.
Trading journals fail when capture is tedious or analytics feel divorced from real executions. We invest in sync reliability, thoughtful information design, and AI summaries that read like coaching notes rather than generic chat output.
Security, billing, and compliance surfaces matter too. Every role here touches trust: engineers harden infrastructure, product operators refine onboarding, and customer success translates trader feedback into durable habits.
